All the while your weight continues to increase with this plethora of marvelous information. What you have to think about first is what you want to accomplish, what is important to you? How much you need to lose, what health issues you have other than weight, how much exercise you can do, and your commitment level to your weight loss are all questions you must ask yourself.

No matter what you decide, I can almost guarantee you that you will find a list that suits your personal goals. You might even consider using several lists to make up your own set of 71 weight loss tips. Who would know better what things motivate you and what things you struggle the most with? No mere list can help you if you don’t first follow them, then stick to them. The best way to ensure that you take action is to write them out and then post them in a place you go often (I use the refrigerator). You might want to make several copies, and put them in your "weak spots," those places you most often are when snack cravings hit. I saw an article once where a dieter had his wife secure one to an ice cream container inside the freezer! Do whatever works, whatever it takes.
The best advice I can give you is to keep trying no matter what until you get it right. weight loss is hard, for most it will be a life long struggle. Get help, join a group, or follow a plan and keep following it until it works. If weight loss is something you are still struggling with, then I encourage you to not quit and to keep trying because the solution may be just one more click away.
