I'll be quite frank with you here... I know exactly what you are thinking when you first started reading this article. You are thinking to yourself... "Oh geez... not ANOTHER weight loss article!"
But I must hasten to say about this one... I have effective and proven advice that works. They are common sense and simple. But for some of you... it may NOT be easy!
I absolutely agree with you that there is a LOT of crappy information out there that belongs in the garbage. And it is hard to separate the wheat from the chaff... which information is right and which ones are dead wrong and based on myths, half-lies and dubious science?
Having said that... let's look at three weight loss tips that ARE proven and ridiculously full of common sense but you may not have been aware of them...
one) Don't eat out anymore! Truth be told... if the food smells really good... it is probably full of calories and bad fats that aren't helping you out any in your quest to lose weight. And besides... even if the food WAS healthy, it would probably be very delicious because the restaurants are not stupid. They KNOW the food has to taste good and smell good to keep customers coming in. And more likely that theoretical healthy dinner is TOO LARGE! But you eat it all anyways.
Which lead us to the second of the three weight loss tips:
two) Don't eat large portions! Now... I'm not saying you have to avoid all those comfort foods you love... I'm just saying reach back and pull out that steel backbone of yours and limit yourself to smaller portions. Learn to eat slower and chew your foods longer to enjoy the food. You will find that the longer it takes to eat smaller portions of food... the less hungry you are going to get at the end of the meal.
Three) Make better and healthier food choices! You can still eat the foods you love but try to focus on foods that doesn't come in a bottle, can or package. Namely processed foods that have a lot of calories and bad fats in it that is going straight to your waistline. Learn to enjoy foods and how to cook them in such a way that they are delicious and of course... healthy!
As as I told you at the beginning of this article... this is not another one of the bogus fat loss article. These are reasonable weight loss tips that will definitely help out the bottom line... getting a leaner and thinner you.
You will never be confused about effective fat loss again. Get rid of those orange peel thighs. Wave goodbye to those cottage cheese arms...
Once and for all, fit back into your old "thin" clothes... AND spend more time with the family because you are not wasting it on useless and boring cardio exercises!
