fat loss myths

Are you one of the millions of people that has spent jointly over 46 million dollars on fat loss products such as fat loss pills, ab chairs, treadmills, health supplements, or the millions who try to do a program created by someone that supposed to be an expert in fitness. This is a problem because some programs are based around ideas that actually do more harm then good to your body. Fat loss is one question i work with a lot of the time i am training people. The reason for this is because so many people have access weight that they want to get rid of. There are many myths in the quest for ultimate fat loss. Some of these myths consist of, fasted exercise, calorie counting, long duration cardio, and many others. Over the next couple of days I will be posting each myth, and busting it down to explain what actually works and what is the best thing to do to lose that fat loss, safely, effectively and in the fastest amount of time.
tomorrow= fasted cardio
Sunday= calorie counting
Monday= constant state cardio
Tuesday= heavy weight, light weight
wednesday= foods for fat loss
thursday= calories in vs calories out
Friday= time of workouts
saturday= anaerobic vs aerobic
