Fat Loss 4 Idiots is by far one of the most popular products available online and it continues to gain momentum. The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Plan promises that you can lose 9 pounds every 11 days. This may be true in some cases but not for everyone. In order to achieve this you need to apply the program as it is stated. Some people do not follow the program and do not get the results they are looking for. For than this program may get mixed reviews.

The claim of losing 9 lbs every 11 days is a large claim but there have been many people who have achieved this goal and others who have surpassed it. What determines your weight loss success has a lot to do with you applying the weight loss diet plan and the amount of weight that you need to lose. Typically the heavier you are the faster you can lose extra weight. And the fewer pounds you need to lose the harder it is for you to loose weight quickly.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots does make a pretty big claim for losing 9 pounds every 11 days, but it is possible. So the claim is not false it has been achieved and surpassed. I am just stating that the average weight loss is less than 9 pounds in 11 days. I am revealing this information so that you don't return the product back in 11 days because you didn't lose 9 lbs. The purpose of Fat Loss 4 Idiots is so that you lose weight and you learn the tools to do so. Isn't it already impressive that the average weight loss with 11 days was between 5-7 lbs? I wouldn't complain one bit, in fact I would be extremely happy.
