Jennifer Nicole Lee is one of the hottest fitness and bathing suit models in the world today. She has appeared on the covers of numerous magazines and is sought after for photo shoots around the globe. However, this isn't the reason I'm writing an article about her. This is a health and fitness article, not some admirer's fan mail.
The reason I am writing this article is that Jennifer Nicole Lee's story is one which every woman who wishes to lose weight and tone her body should know about. While most women (and men also) believe that all those cover girls, fitness trainers, and bikini models were born that way and that regular people like you and me will never be able to achieve that kind of body, Jennifer Nicole Lee's life story proves otherwise.
Just a few years ago, Jennifer was a mother of 2 and weighed over 200 pounds. She was far from anything spectacular. Trust me, I've seen pictures. Then, she took herself in her hands and decided to transform herself. By a long process of learning and trial and error, she managed to drop over 70 pounds and tone her body to such perfection that she won the Miss Bikini USA contest and also various other fitness and modeling contests. Now, she appears in TV shows and being interviewed in magazines.
Why am I telling you all of this?
I'm telling you this not because you should want to become a fitness model or any other kind of model for that matter, but to make it clear that you have within you the power to turn your life around and lose weight. You just need to do the right things. Jennifer Nicole Lee's process wasn't easy but it wasn't as difficult as you may imagine, and yours won't be either. You just need to workout right, eat right, and get into the right frame of mind and you'll achieve your weight and fitness goals.
I have faith in you.
